Shipping & Payment
How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs within Germany are generally €3.00. For all other countries, the charge is €4.00. Express shipping rates depend on the destination country. If you live in Germany, you'll pay €12 for delivery the next business day (for orders placed before 12 noon).

Can I track the shipment?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation from us via email. Shipments within Germany can be tracked. You will find the tracking number in this email.

When will I receive my order?

We typically need 1-3 business days to process your order. Depending on the destination country, delivery can take between 1-3 days (for Germany), 3-5 days (for EU countries), and 5-14 days (worldwide). The express shipping option includes priority processing to ensure your shipment reaches you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship to the Packstation?

We are also happy to ship your order to a Packstation. It is important that you enter the information correctly in the form. The postal code goes in the "Address information" field. Type the word "Packstation" in the street field and the Packstation number instead of the house number. You can fill in the postal code and city as usual.

Can I pick up my order?

Since we do not yet have any branches, personal pickup is unfortunately not possible.

Can I still change the address?

As long as you have not received a shipping confirmation, you can inform us of your change requests by email .

Does the shipping box fit in the mailbox?

The shipping box is 45mm high and therefore doesn't fit in every mailbox. However, we're working on making our packaging even more space-saving and practical.

What happens if the shipment is returned?

If we receive the shipment back unopened from the courier, we will refund the purchase price for the order less the delivery costs. If this was an oversight and you still want the products, simply reorder and be sure to fill out the additional address field in case there are problems locating your house or apartment.

What payment options are available?

You can choose between the following payment methods: PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, credit card, Klarna invoice.

What do I do if the payment process was canceled?

As long as you haven't received payment confirmation from your bank, your order isn't paid. If the payment process was canceled and you don't receive confirmation of payment, you can return to your shopping cart and restart the payment process. If technical issues that we haven't yet identified are the cause, we would appreciate any feedback. Please feel free to send us a short email with your feedback.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it. Just send us an email with your order number, and we'll take care of the rest.

How can I return an item?

You can, of course, return one or more products. You can read how to do this here .

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible for logistical reasons, but you can return the unwanted product and simply place a new order.

How long is the cancellation period?

You have the right to return unwanted products within 14 days.

Who bears the return costs?

Due to our fair pricing and sustainability model, we cannot offer free returns. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless it is a complaint .

How and when do I get my money back?

The purchase price will be refunded to you using the payment method used for the order within 1-2 weeks after the shipment has reached our warehouse.

Is there a guarantee?

When can I complain about an item?

Within 24 months of purchase, you have the opportunity to claim a product with a clear manufacturing defect or a defect that occurred during delivery. To do so, fill out the appropriate form on the Warranty & Claims page and attach a photo of the broken piece of jewelry. We will inspect the condition of the product and get back to you within 24-48 hours.

What is a manufacturing defect?

Here is a list to guide you if you are unable to assess what a manufacturing defect is: The glue has come loose, the setting is damaged, the clasp does not close properly, the chain is torn, the pendant is broken, there is a break on the edge, or there is severe discoloration.

Material & Quality
Is your glass jewelry heavy?

The glass is lighter than you might expect. Even the larger glass models aren't heavy. The distinctive feel completes the comfortable wearing experience.

Is your jewelry nickel-free and skin-friendly?

We only use hypoallergenic metal alloys like stainless steel for our jewelry, which are suitable for allergy sufferers. In 99% of cases, wearing them is completely problem-free.

Does glass jewelry break easily?

The glass jewelry is made from mosaic tiles originally intended for home use. This makes them extremely robust and even shatter-resistant. The tempered glass they are made of is unlike conventional glass. Even if the jewelry is dropped on a tiled floor, nothing will happen. It is moderately scratch-resistant. Over time, micro-scratches may appear on the surface, which are visible as normal signs of wear.

Do the products always look the same?

Variations vary depending on the collection and material. The glass and ceramic products are made from upcycled mosaic tiles, which are never 100% identical. Each glass tile is unique, but careful sorting and matching ensure that the pairs always look the same. Minimal differences in size and shape are only noticeable when comparing multiple pairs or pieces of jewelry. The color may vary slightly depending on the batch. This doesn't mean that you'll get a pair of earrings or a jewelry set with two or three different tile types; it simply means that the same color may vary slightly in a subsequent order.

Will my jewelry change over time?

Over time, the metal may become slightly darker or duller, which is due to the development of many barely visible scratches and the softening of the polish. The gold or silver color remains intact. The gemstones do not change their color, regardless of external influences.

Do the products stain?

Our products retain their color and leave no marks on your skin. However, the durability and appearance of jewelry are directly related to its use. Feel free to learn more about use and care .

Care & Storage
Can I shower with your jewelry?

Since we use adhesive on most of our jewelry, you should remove your jewelry when showering to prevent the stone from peeling off the metal. Jewelry without stones, however, will hardly restrict your movement.

Can I wear your jewelry while exercising?

In general, you shouldn't wear jewelry while exercising or in a sauna. The pH changes become noticeable when you sweat, and it's possible that jewelry will lose its shine more quickly when exposed to high acid levels.

How do cosmetics, soaps and shampoos affect my jewelry?

As a precaution, keep your jewelry away from salty water and chemicals such as shower gel, soap, or hand and face cream to ensure it lasts a long time and retains its beautiful appearance.

What is the best way to store your jewelry?

Our jewelry loves to be stored neatly and separately to prevent scratches and tangling. Jewelry should also be stored in a dry place and not exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods.

How do I clean my jewelry?

Since our jewelry is waterproof, you can simply wash it with water, clean it with a soft brush, or polish it with a soft cloth.

Sizes & Colors
What sizes are the rings available in?

Almost all of our rings are adjustable. They can be adjusted from approximately size 53 to size 63. The diameter is approximately 17mm to 20mm. The material and shape allow the rings to be adjusted to a larger size, but the wearing experience will be different and may be less comfortable.

How can I find out my ring size?

What sizes are the bracelets available in?

We offer adjustable bracelets with a circumference of 17 to 20 cm. The bangles have a fixed size of approximately 20 cm.

How can I find out my bracelet size?

Which stone size suits me best?

Can the color actually differ from the picture?

We make every effort to display the colors in the images as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and calibration.

Can the same color look different?

Depending on the batch, the shade of a color may vary. For this reason, the same color may sometimes differ slightly in different sizes; unfortunately, we cannot prevent this.

Is the same color identical in glass and ceramic?

Due to the surface texture, the color may appear different on different materials, such as glass and ceramic. All of our colors have names, and we use these names for the same colors in all sizes and finishes to help you navigate the shop.

Why can't I find a matching piece of jewelry for a set?

If you're searching in vain for a piece of jewelry in the right color, we most likely don't have it in stock or are unable to produce it. Our jewelry is created through an upcycling process, using what's already available. We can't create all the colors and sizes you want, even though we'd love to.

Is there a volume discount?

We only offer traditional volume discounts for retailers who purchase a large number of products at once. We don't offer them in our online shop because these aren't quantities that would allow for optimization of our work processes. To ensure we can continue to maintain fair compensation, we don't offer volume discounts.

Can I purchase a gift card?

We offer printable vouchers in denominations of €20, €50, €70, and €100. You can print them on a standard A4 sheet and either fold them and send them in a long envelope, or cut them to postcard size and place them in a small envelope.

Is there a sale?

We deliberately develop our designs independently of trends and work with materials that have a very long lifespan, so that we are not forced to sell off the “old” products at the end of the season using a SALE category.

Can you buy B-stock?

We've chosen the difficult path of recycling, which entails a certain amount of discarded material. These imperfect treasures are stored in the form of loose stones or jewelry rejected during quality control. We're working on offering these imperfectly perfect products in a new category at discounted prices soon.

Miscellaneous
Do you make custom orders?

On the path to minimalism, we've abandoned some shapes and materials and focused on the essentials. Unfortunately, this also meant sacrificing customizability. Our product range is nevertheless structured to offer you the maximum selection of colors and sizes, allowing many items to be adapted to your needs.

Can I buy the products in a store?

We are currently expanding our dealer network and will soon publish a map or list of the stores where our products can be found.

Is there a showroom?

At the moment, we're focusing on our online presence and don't yet have a showroom where people could visit us and try on the jewelry in person. However, due to high demand, we're keeping this in mind for the future.

Do you sell to dealers?

Our products fit perfectly into the product ranges of many concept stores, fashion and jewelry stores, and gift shops, and can be found both online and offline. Why are some products no longer available?

We've clearly defined our values, which has had a significant influence on our design and material selection. This is why we no longer carry some products from our previous range in our shop. However, because we know some customers love these very products, we're offering them in our Etsy shop while supplies last. Perhaps you'll find what you're looking for there?

How can I dispose of my old jewelry sustainably?

If you realize that your old jewelry no longer makes you happy and you'd like to dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way, please contact us by email . We'll help you dispose of the products correctly. After all, we designed them to be made from a minimum of components and to be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
