Our jewelry is meant to be your companion for years to come, and we keep our promise even if things don't go as planned. Should your ALEXASCHA jewelry break, our warranty is easy to use. The warranty is valid for 24 months and covers all manufacturing defects.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

A warranty is great, but it only covers what we are responsible for. It doesn't apply to:

normal wear, change or aging of the materials used
theft or loss
intentional damage
improper use and damage such as scratching, bumping, throwing, tearing
wearing coated jewelry while showering, bathing, exercising, or in the sauna (see Care & Storage)

The warranty on our jewelry applies exclusively to demonstrable manufacturing defects or if the product changes significantly or breaks despite following the care instructions. Minor differences, such as color variations or irregularities, are normal for glass and ceramic tiles and make them unique. This does not constitute grounds for complaint.

We carefully select each stone and lovingly handcraft each of our products. We inspect our work before shipping to ensure only the best finds its way to you. However, we're only human, and we own our mistakes. If your piece of jewelry arrives damaged, you can easily file a complaint. Report the incident to us, and we'll get back to you immediately!
